Congratulations to the graduates of our recent Retail Basics course, which took place during the school holidays.With the holiday season fast approaching, retail activity will hit a fever pitch and these graduates are up to the challenge.

Our Retail Basics course was developed in partnership with Whittlesea Community Connections to assist students who are currently studying in the YAMEC program at  Melbourne Polytechnic. In the course students develop an understanding of the basics of customer service and working in retail, so they are better informed to gain employment. The course helped the students to understand the 7 steps to selling, customer service and communicating with customers, product knowledge and job search skills.
