Course Description: A short course to learn about a range of different apps that can assist you in the workplace. Learn how to use a number of different video conferencing apps including Zoom, MS Teams and Google Meet.

You will also be introduced to apps currently popular with many workplaces such as Survey Monkey, Canva and Google Calendar and Google Forms.

Basic understanding of bookkeeping an advantage

Course Description: A short course for those who want to learn how to use a computer-based accounting system (MYOB) to perform basic bookkeeping procedures.

Content will cover:

  • customising a company file
  • processing sales/purchases
  • processing cash transactions
  • generating reports
  • preparing bank reconciliations
  • generating a BAS (Business Activity Statement)

Note: program focuses on PC compatible machines

Pathway: Work/volunteering or home-based businesses requiring basic bookkeeping/MYOB skills.
