Returning to study at PRACE

PRACE provides a supportive learning environment with highly skilled teachers, and industry speakers. Returning to study as an adult can be daunting. So, we asked one of our Education Support students to share her thoughts on returning to study at PRACE.

Tania joined PRACE in late 2019 to study the Certificate III in Education Support. Like many adult learners, Tania was a little apprehensive about returning to the classroom. However, it didn’t take long for her to settle in.

“From the beginning you are made to feel comfortable and like an important contributing member of the community. This course is a great experience to know yourself and learn. I enjoyed learning together with other students and found the classes extremely valuable with information obtained through group discussion” explains Tania.

The PRACE classroom is a supportive and inclusive environment. And, Tania credits the feedback and support from her teacher with giving her the confidence she needed to work through challenges during the course.

“They gave me more confidence each time to move forward and move myself out of my comfort zone to achieve the results I wanted. I would recommend anyone wanting to work in Education Support to attend PRACE. The team involved are friendly and supportive – they are ready to assist you in reaching your goals” she explains.
