Extra Support for Forms and Advocacy at Prace

Our Forms & Advocacy Assist Service (FAAS) will be available two days a week – on Mondays and Thursdays – at Merrilands Community Centre, Reservoir. This extra support is available for a short time only, from 16 June to 25 July.

The service is free and run by friendly La Trobe University students. They can help with:

  • Centrelink forms
  • Housing and rental agreements
  • Citizenship and visa forms
  • Safety intervention orders
  • Rebates and superannuation
  • Identity documents
  • Fines and statutory declarations
  • Advocacy for housing, complaints, and job agencies

To use this service, you must:

  • Live, work or study in Darebin, Whittlesea or Banyule, or
  • Be a part of a Prace class or program
