Course Description: | The course aims to develop learners’ literacy and numeracy capabilities and understanding of working in a warehouse. Learners are taught the most relevant terminology relating to products, processes, and communication skills while enhancing their literacy and numeracy skills. The course will focus on 4 distinct areas: |
Pathway: | Pathways may lead to a pre-accredited taster course, or employment, thus paving the way for getting promoted or getting a job in a factory environment. It could also give the students the relevant skills, understanding and confidence to look for a job in the manufacturing/factory area, or consider further study in either Certificate I or II in Warehousing Operations which could lead to jobs like store person, stores assistant or stores despatch hand. |
