We are excited to announce the launch of our new course The Education System in Australia & Entry to Teacher’s Aide! Learn about the Australian education system and gain the skills and knowledge required to support your child or other children in school.
This course is run in two parts and you can undertake Part A and Part B as individual courses or complete both to attain a Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways (FSK20119).
Part A – The Education System in Australia
Learn about the Australian education system and develop your English, reading and writing foundation skills for employment or vocational training.
Part B – Entry to Teacher’s Aide
Learn the fundamental skills of working with school age children and prepare for the Certificate III in School Based Education Support (CHC30221).
During the course participants will:
- Advance their reading, writing, and English skills
- Develop their digital & computer skills
- Learn the key aspects of the education system in Australian and be able to make informed decisions about your children’s schooling
- Develop a plan for further study and employment
- Learn about the role of workers who assist teachers and support students learning in a range of classroom settings
