Special Resolutions
The following special resolutions are proposed.
Motion:
That the name of the Incorporated Association Preston Reservoir Adult Community Education, Inc be changed to Prace, Inc.
Motion:
That the Rules of Association for the Incorporated Association Preston Reservoir Adult Community Education, Inc be amended to reflect the name change to Prace, Inc.
