Safe Food Handling


Are you aged 16-24 and would like to find a part time job?
Join our one day course and increase your chances of finding work in hospitality by gaining the essential skills employers are looking for.


During this free, one day course you will attain the nationally accredited unit SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety. 

Learn with an industry professional!

  • Essential skills and knowledge for food safety
  • Following organisational procedures
  • Identifying and controlling food hazards

Snacks and a light lunch will be provided.

This course is for young people aged 16-24 years who live, work or play in Mitchell Shire.
