English Together

Learn English, meet new people, and gain confidence for life, work, and community.

Join our friendly and supportive English class and learn the skills you need to communicate with others in your community, enhance life skills, increase your employability and open new education pathways.

Topics will include:

  • Everyday life
  • Shopping and money
  • Public transport
  • Work and jobs
  • Online services
  • Schools and family

You are welcome to bring your pre-school aged children to class with you. We will have staff available to support you.

    Training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding.

  • Prerequisites and eligibility

    You are from a migrant background; live in the Mitchell Shire and surrounding areas; and have a visa that does not allow you to join government-funded English programs (AMEP).
