Extra Support for Forms and Advocacy at Prace

Posted May 14, 2025

Need Help Filling Out Forms? FAAS is Here to Help – Now Two Days a Week (Limited Time Only!)

We’re excited to announce that the Forms and Advocacy Assist Service (FAAS) is back and ready to support you with all your form-filling and basic advocacy needs — and for a limited time, it’s available two days a week!

From 16 June to 25 July, FAAS will be operating on both Mondays and Thursdays at Merrilands Community Centre in Reservoir. That means more flexibility and more opportunities to get the help you need — completely free of charge.

Whether it’s a tricky form, government paperwork, or you simply need a hand getting started, our dedicated team of La Trobe University students is here to assist. Friendly, professional, and well-trained, they’ll help you navigate a wide range of everyday form-filling tasks.

Who Can Access FAAS?

To ensure the service remains targeted and impactful, clients must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

  • Live, work or study in the City of Darebin, Whittlesea, or Banyule; or
  • Be connected to a Prace service.

Visit our FAAS webpage to learn more about the types of forms we can help with and how to book your appointment. Remember, FAAS is not a legal service.

This valuable weekly initiative is proudly delivered by Prace in partnership with La Trobe University.
