During the course you will learn customer service skills and develop an understanding of the variety of jobs and roles available in the leisure industry.

• Understand the eight employability skills
• Interview skills and career planning
• Workplace communication
• Conflict resolution
• Understand workplace rights & responsibilities
• Understand basic workplace health and safety requirements
