Prace College is seeking an experienced and values-driven Operations Manager to play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of our independent Special Assistance School.

Teacher

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring calm, organised and responsive operational leadership in a dynamic school environment. You will work closely with the Principal and College Leadership Team to support the smooth functioning of the school across our Mernda and Reservoir campuses, helping ensure students and staff are well supported every day.

About the role

The Operations Manager is a key member of the College Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the effective day-today operations of the College. The role includes operational oversight of staffing, timetabling, supervision, student-free day planning, student intake support, Education Support staff supervision, excursions and events, facilities liaison, and compliance requirements. The role may also undertake the role of Campus Lead at either campus where required.
