Open Day at East Preston Community Centre

Ancy and Adriana attended the second annual Open Day at East Preston Community Centre on Saturday, May 12th.

It provided an opportunity to connect with local residents and other service providers, promote the range of programs and courses at PRACE, and join in the fun and festivities on the day.

One of our VCAL students was given the opportunity to undertake paid work experience on the day, thanks to an initiative between Reconnect and Darebin Council.

The over 100 people in attendance were treated to African drumming workshops, local musicians, ‘smoothie’ bikes and a guest appearance by Sergeant Pete!
