Our adult literacy classes are designed for people who left school early or had an interrupted education and want to improve their reading, writing and numeracy skills.  Learn in a friendly and supportive environment. Evening classes available.

 

Many of our classes take enrolments after the start date. If the course you wish to join has already started, please enquire. It may be possible to still join.

Study from home with a teacher. Join our teacher-led online study option for people wanting to build confidence in spelling, reading and writing skills for everyday transactions or for work or further study.

Our smallsupportive classes are designed for people who left school early or had an interrupted education and want to improve their skills from home.

Pathway This program prepares participants for employment, volunteering or further study, including:

• Accredited literacy programs (e.g. CGEA)
• Pre-accredited/accredited vocational training

Our small, supportive classes are designed for people who left school early or had an interrupted education and want to improve their reading, writing and
numeracy skills.

The program covers the general operation and safe use
of technology including:

• Developing literacy skills for work and study
• General operation and safe use of equipment
• Managing files and folders
• Accessing and navigating the internet
• Social networking and email
• Microsoft 365

Pathway This course prepares participants for employment, volunteering or further study requiring basic computer skills. Including the Certificate I in Information, Digital Media and Technology.
