Last week, we gathered at Reservoir Neighbourhood House to bid congratulations and farewell to our Pathways to Employment Program participants. Commencing in February 2023 and concluding this month, the program, which was made possible with the support of the Reservoir Suburban Revitalisation Board and funding from the Victorian Government, provided over 55 participants with personalised assistance with their journeys to employment. In the program, participants had an opportunity to create a plan to achieve their employment goals, explore local training options and hone their skills with job applications, resume writing and interviews. Work placement opportunities and post-employment support were also a feature of the program.

As we say goodbye, we extend our best wishes to the participants, acknowledging their commitment to personal and professional growth. We wish them every success!

We also wish to express our gratitude to the Prace PTEP program team, Martha and Brayden, supported by staff at the Reservoir Neighbourhood House and the Reservoir Suburban Revitalisation Board and the Victorian Government for their investment in the program. Their support has created a lasting impact, empowering individuals and opening doors to new opportunities.

Here’s to the achievements and potential of each Pathways to Employment Program participant as they step into the next phase of their professional journeys.
