SEEKING: EAL Teacher

PRACE is a not-for-profit adult education provider and charity situated in the northern suburbs of Melbourne

We are currently seeking applications for the following position for 2018 delivery:

• Fixed Term Sessional position commencing Tuesday 30th January 2018
• Teaching the Certificate EAL 1 (Access)
• Teaching 15 hours per week plus 7.5 hours paid administration

Monday: 9.15 am – 2.45 pm
Tuesday: 12 noon – 3.30 pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 12.15 noon – 3.30 pm


PRACE would like to offer the opportunity to a dedicated teaching professional to take on a teaching position at PRACE. The position available encompasses teaching the Certificate EAL Level 1 plus associated administration during term 1 – 4 in 2018.  You will be part of a dynamic team passionate about helping students to change their lives through effective language, literacy and numeracy programs. The role requires a dedicated professional to enhance student outcomes.


Position Requirements:
  • Australian recognised teaching qualification
  • Post graduate qualifications in TESOL
  • Certificate IV in TAE
You will also be required to meet other key selection criteria as detailed in the Position Description.
