Seeking – Network Coordinator – Industry Practice Network

Prace is excited to announce a new opportunity for the position of Network Coordinator – Industry Practice Network focusing on the building and construction and landscaping industries. 

The position is .6 until December (10 months) 

This position will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing a community of practice network, fostering collaboration between education providers and industry partners, and coordinating tailored training programs to support workforce development in these sectors. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Establish and manage the Learn Local Industry Field Practice Network
  • Facilitate Community of Practice meetings and events
  • Develop industry partnerships and mentoring opportunities
  • Coordinate program development and support
  • Manage reporting and administration tasks

Key Selection Criteria 

The ideal candidate will demonstrate: 

  1. Proven Project Management Skills (essential)
  1. Strong Communication and Facilitation Abilities (essential)
  1. Experience in Education or Training Sector (essential)
  1. Exceptional Organisational Skills (essential)
  1. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building (essential)
  1. Knowledge of industry-aligned training (desirable)
