Barista Basics Cafe

On the last two Fridays of the term coffee lovers have been in heaven at PRACE.

As a practical part of their course, our Barista Basics students have provided free coffees from the PRACE canteen and oh, how the caffeine flowed!  Andy, our Barista Basics instructor, reported that in one day his team went through 15 litres of milk and 1 kilo of coffee!  That is a lot of coffees!

A huge thank you to the Barista Basics students for giving us excellent coffees and an extra boost into the weekend.
