  • Hourly rate – $33.11 – $34.69  

Prace is seeking an experienced Administration Officer, preferably one who has undertaken work related to administration of the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP).

About you

You will be part of a committed team passionate about providing a service to culturally and linguistically diverse people in our community by  providing high quality administrative support.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities (Key Selection Criteria)

Essential

  1. Excellent customer service skills both face to face & over the phone
  2. Excellent digital literacy skills particularly in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word and Google Suit (calendars, email, docs)
  3. Ability to enter data in a timely and accurate manner
  4. Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced office environment
  5. Able to work independently and as a team player, in an open office environment.
  6.  Ability to follow processes with a high attention to detail

Desirable

  1. Experience using ARMS
  2. An understanding of administrative requirements of the AMEP contract
  3. Experience working and communicating with diverse communities.
