Prace College is seeking two experienced and dedicated Wellbeing Coordinators to provide wellbeing interventions and student support across our Reservoir and Mernda campuses. These are full-time, ongoing positions.
You will be part of a dynamic team passionate about helping students to achieve their goals through education. The role requires a dedicated professional to provide impactful and adaptive wellbeing services. This role utilises a variety of interventions designed to foster resilience and overall wellbeing, while also overseeing the coordination of wellbeing resources throughout the campus site.
Responsibilities and duties will be across two campuses:
Prace College is an Independent Specialist School that provides a supportive, flexible and inclusive education to meet the needs of at-risk young people, and supports them to re-engage with and participate in learning, community and work activities. We are a not-for-profit organisation.
