Learn Local Awards Launch at Prace

Prace was delighted to host the 2023 Learn Local Awards launch last Thursday.

A huge thank you to Nina Taylor MP for opening the nominations. The awards are a special event on the Learn Local calendar and an opportunity for Learn Locals everywhere to celebrate and acknowledge all of the wonderful programs we run and outcomes we achieve.

We’d also like to thank our local member Nathan Lambert MP, our partners Winslow Constructors and Olivine – By Mirvac and members of the Victorian Skills Authority, who attended the event.

We’d also like to say a special thank you to our former student and winner of the 2022 Victorian Learn Local Pre-accredited Learner (Skills for work) Award, Felimon Asel. It is always a pleasure to welcome Felimon back to Prace. His learning journey is truly inspirational and his speech at the launch underscored the value of education in bringing about better work and life opportunities. Go, Felimon!
