Surf Lifesaving Victoria Comes to Merrilands

Last week Life Saving Victoria (LSV) visited PRACE and delivered an important presentation on beach safety. Our EAL students were in attendance, many of whom were unfamiliar with some of the hazards associated with swimming in the ocean and bay. Through attending this session a diverse group of students developed an increased understanding of the critical role that lifeguards play in keeping our beaches safe.
